The purpose of this research is to explore the influence of learning motivation, curriculum design and learning style on the learning effect of corporate education and training. This research method adopts quantitative analysis, so this research intends to focus on the impact of three factors of in-service education training (including curriculum design, learning style, and learning motivation) on learning effectiveness. This study focuses on the working people who have participated in education and training courses for more than 12 hours during 2022, and uses reliability analysis and regression analysis for data analysis.
