本研究旨在瞭解高中生學習歷程檔案的發展現況與高中生如何進行生涯抉擇,以及學習歷程檔案與生涯抉擇二者之間的關係。研究設計採用混合研究進行,以調查研究為主,訪談法為輔,並以中部地區普通高中之高中生作為主要研究對象。調查研究之樣本擬採用隨機叢集抽樣;訪談之樣本採立意隨機取樣,訪問高中三年級學生與現職高中教育人員。資料蒐集來源包含問卷調查之研究工具採自編之「高中生學習歷程檔案與生涯抉擇量表」,訪談採一對一訪談並進行逐字稿填寫與編碼。資料分析擬採用描述性統計、獨立樣本t考驗、單因子變異數分析含結構方程式。依本研究結果發現:一、高中生學習歷程檔案的表現上男性優於女性,且私立高中優於公立高中;二、高中生學習歷程檔案中一年級的學習動機表現顯著優於三年級, 二年級的反思行動表現顯著優於一年級高中生;三、高中生的生涯抉擇表現上男性優於女性,且私立高中優於公立高中;四、不同年級之高中生在生涯抉擇表現上沒有不同;五、高中生學習歷程檔案與生涯抉擇有相當高的關係;六、高中生學習歷程檔案對其生涯抉擇具有預測力。
This study is aimed at understanding the current status of high school students’ ePortfolio and how the high school students make their career decision, as well as explore the relationship between ePortfolio and career decision-making. This research design adopts a mixed-methods approach with a focus on survey research and supplemented by interviews. The subjects of this study were the students studying in regular high school in the central region of Taiwan. The survey sample was planned to be obtaind through random-cluster-sampling, while the interview sample was obtained through purposive- random-sampling, involving interviewing with 12th-grade students and in-service educators in regular high school. The data collection sources include a self-developed survey “ High School Students’ ePortfolio and Career decision-making Scale” as the research instrument for the survey, and one-on-one interviews with verbatim transcription and coding. Data analysis was intended to employ descriptive statistics, independent samples t-test, one-way ANOVA, and structural equation modeling(SEM). Based on the findings of this study, the following results are discovered: 1) The performance of high school students' eportfolios shows that males are better than females, and private high schools outperform public high schools; 2)Within the eportfolios of high school students, 10th –grade students demonstrate significantly higher levels of learning motivation compared to 12th-grade students, while 11th-grade students exhibit significantly higher levels of reflective actions compared to 10th-grade students ; 3)In terms of career decision-making performance, males are superior to females, while private high schools surpass public high school; 4) There are no differences in career decision-making performance among high school students in different grades; 5) The eportfolio of high school students is notably related to their career decision-making; 6) High school students' eportfolios have predictability for their career decision-making.
