建構計畫型生產之產業鏈個別組織行為之模擬模型

摘要


目前應用於產業鏈模擬的各種模型與實作之系統,通常存在著塑模程序複雜的問題,且自主定義行為的支援上較缺乏彈性,各程序間的關聯性需要事前確立,在模擬過程中無法求動態改變彼此間的連結,與產業活動現實運作情形有差距。在模擬資料的收集方面,傳統的模擬架構皆為封閉式系統,研究分析者常需面對實驗數據取得與難以表達適切行為的問題。 有鑑於此,本研究提出一個適用於計畫性生產之產業鏈模擬模型,使用Ontology作為資料模型,模型中定義各種表達產業鏈實體之節點,與各類用於描述實體間關聯性之邊。在模擬模型方面,使用改良式Petri Nets模擬平台為基礎,提供使用者在規範之參數和語法下,自由表達各單位的決策行為,該平台並具備了平行處理、自訂事件觸發、動態關連的建立…等之特性,更符合現實世界中的各種現象。 在資料收集方面,以Ontology Drupal作為系統前台,使用Web為介面提供多人協同進行模擬資料的建立與維護;透過組織、公會或聯盟的推動,各成員自行填寫與定義所屬之行為模式,解決長久以來模擬實驗數據收集困難之問題。

The general simulation models of industrial chains exists procedure of building models is a complicated work, lack of support autonomous enterprises, and can’t dynamic change the links of units in simulated process. In this thesis, we propose a simulation method that applicable to the planned production industry. Its usage ontology is used as data model. The vertex represents the entity of industry chain, while the arc is the relationship between entities in ontology graph. This way can reduce the difficulty of the working of building model. In the aspects of simulation model, we use the object-oriented Petri Nets, and further improved it. To allow the system have capabilities that user from order a behavior pattern, parallel processing, triggering of event, and dynamic link.
