食安問題對於食品相關業者之衝擊:以台灣實證為例

近年來,食安問題頻繁發生,尤其以2013年發生的大統黑心油事件更是震懾各大新聞,在此同時消費者也開始回顧過去重大的食安事件,才驚覺到食安問題無所不在；同時,食安問題一旦被新聞報導出來,不只影響人民對吃的恐慌,連帶影響投資人對食品公司股價的信心；就過去而言,大部分只要發生重大新聞事件始終跟股價掛勾,不是漲就是跌,但食安問題呢?當食安問題被報導出之後股價的漲跌幅度可以看出人民對食安問題的重視程度,也可以看出食品公司對食安問題的處理能力及公司股價跟新聞報導之間是否有關聯性,這些就是本研究所探討的重點。本研究利用事件研究法逐一對篩選過後的上市食品公司及近年來發生的食安問題,逐一做探討,最後再將所有樣本合併跟國外文獻做比較；公司特性而言,發現食安問題的嚴重性跟公司規模、媒體關注程度、報導之後的處理方式有關聯；而事件方面則發現,大統黑心油事件爆發對股價有最大的影響。以期能對公司管理人在處理食安問題或是提高人民對食安方面的重視程度有所幫助。

In this study, event study listed after each screening food companies and food safety problems occurred in recent years, one by one to do explore, and finally then merge all samples compared with foreign literature; company characteristics, the discovery of food safety issues seriousness with firm size, the degree of media attention, reported after treatment are associated; while the incident side is found that a large outbreak DaTong evil oil has the largest impact on the stock price. With a view to the company's managers in dealing with food safety issues or improving people's emphasis on food safety aspects of help.
