摘要 本研究主要探討「青少年生涯發展與培力」方案並以台灣世界展望會苗栗區為例,探究以「新娘秘書技能班」為培力青少年生涯方案,評估對青少年的學習參與成效及影響因素。研究目的包括了解參與方案的青少年的學習動機、評估方案的實施成效,以及可能出現的挑戰和因應策略。 研究方法採用半結構式訪談,針對參與方案的青少年進行深入訪談,共訪談參與「青少年生涯發展與培力」方案青少年共 8位,了解他們的參與感受和學習成效。 本研究發現參與方案的青少年在學習動機、自信心、技能提升等方面都有正向的改變和成長。研究結果如下: 一、培力活動對青少年的學習和成長有積極的影響:無任何妝髮基礎的青少年參與本研究方案具挑戰性,參與前也無明確的生涯方向需要從培力經驗累績,持續練習及覺察生涯重要性。 二、培力活動對於青少年參與,滿意度具有正向影響力:青少年透過非營利組織的培力活動資源,有團體活動和戶外觀摩等學習機會,讓青少年參與有好的感受及認識生涯領域的成長機會。 三、社工在培力過程中發揮了重要角色功能:社工在青少年參與本研究方案歷程中扮演非常重要的角色功能,包括協調者、規劃者、陪伴者、支持者、問題解決者等,可具體提供青少年正向的生涯方向。 四、參與者在培力歷程中獲得了知識、技能和積極態度:青少年參與培力活動後獲得在知識層面、技能層面及態度層面的學習,青少年投入培力活動除了具體技術的學習外,也改變對生涯發展的重視度與積極性,確實達到培力的目的。
Abstract This study focuses on the "youth career development and enrichment" programme and takes world vision Taiwan Miaoli as an example to investigate the effectiveness of the "bridal secretarial skills class" as a youth career development programme, and to evaluate the effectiveness of participation and the factors affecting the participation of youth in the programme. The objectives of the study include understanding the learning motivation of the participating youth, evaluating the effectiveness of the programme, and identifying possible challenges and strategies to address them. Semi-structured interviews were used to conduct in-depth interviews with the participating youths. A total of 8 youths who participated in the Youth Career development and enhancement programme (YCDEP) were interviewed to find out their feelings of participation and learning effectiveness, and it was found that the youths who participated in the programme had positive changes and growth in terms of motivation, self-confidence and skills enhancement, and so on. The findings of the study are as follows: First, enrichment activities have a positive impact on adolescents' learning and growth: It is challenging for adolescents without any foundation in make-up hair to participate in this research programme, and there is no clear career direction prior to participation, so it is necessary to accumulate experience from PuraPharm.They need to accumulate experience from the PuraPharmacy programme and continue to practice and realise the importance of their career. Secondly,enrichment activities have a positive impact on youth participation and satisfaction: Through the empowerment program resources planned by social workers of non-profit organizations, youths are provided with learning opportunities such as group dynamics activities and outdoor observation, which allow youths to participate in and have a good feeling of knowing the growth opportunities in their career fields. Tthirdly,social workers play an important role in the process of empowerment: Social workers play a very important role in the process of adolescents' participation in this research program, as coordinators, planners, companions, supporters, and problem solvers. Fourthly, participants in the empowerment experience gained knowledge, skills and positive attitudes: youth participation in empowerment at the knowledge.At the knowledge level, in addition to basic make-up and hair knowledge, it includes the advancement and retreat of the service industry; at the skill level, from make-up to hair braiding and curling, it enhances the youth's sense of achievement in learning; at the attitude level, the youth's participation in the empowerment activities promotes reflection and helps the youth to develop a positive attitude towards their future careers and to demonstrate the results of their skills.
