自我管理的反思之旅：一位歷經軍公教NPO志工的生命經驗

這趟碩論研究的探索之旅，主要是想針對NPO的志工服務，有關志工個人如何管好自己？就此議題，試圖釐清管理中自我管理的重要性，並試圖了解個人面對志願服務應該擁有的心態與作為，以達到利己利人的理念。我使用自我民族誌為研究方法，以自己為研究對象，藉由自己的生命經驗，連接現在持續進行的NPO志工服務身分，以及NPO在職專班學程研究生身分，進行自我反思；在經驗與反思的過程中，我運用的分析工具有：塊莖式思維、洋蔥式剝法、置物櫃、分層敘述等方式，進行資料蒐集整理與分析；其次，我以心理位移之反思，進行研究之討論。經過一連串的生命經驗之書寫，一連串的自我反思，我發現了我的軍公教職涯過程，彷彿就是一場又一場的NPO場域變換，而現在投入的NPO場域，無論是專班學程還是基金會組織，更可釐清我想進行的自我管理探索的問題，似乎也獲取我的研究發現，謹條列如下： 1. 我是誰比我做什麼更重要。 2. 精彩的賽局靠自己選擇。 3. 把鐘敲響達成有績效的目標。 4. 要打造NPO精神的快樂人生。笛卡兒的我思故我在，啟發了不少人的思考；我覺得，我樂故我在，也可開啟志工精神的人生意義。在志願服務之中，不只利己利人，更能樂己樂人。讓NPO志工服務，因為有我而多個幫手；也讓我，因為有NPO志願服務而擁抱更多的快樂。

This exploration trip of master's research is mainly aimed at the volunteer service of NPOs, how do individual volunteers manage themselves? On this topic, we try to clarify the importance of self-management in management, and try to understand the mentality and actions that individuals should have in the face of volunteering, so as to achieve the concept of self-interest. I use self-ethnography as a research method, taking myself as the research object, and through my own life experience, I connect the ongoing NPO volunteer service status and the NPO in-service full-time course graduate student status to conduct self-reflection. In the process of experience and reflection, I use analytical tools such as: tuber thinking, onion peeling, lockers, hierarchical narrative, etc., to collect and analyze data; Secondly, I use the reflection of psychological displacement to conduct research discussions. After a series of life experience writing, a series of self-reflection, I found that my military teaching career process, as if it is one NPO field change after another, and now the NPO field, whether it is a special class or a foundation organization, can clarify the problems I want to carry out self-management exploration, and it seems that my research has also been obtained, which is listed below: 1. Who I am is more important than what I do. 2. Exciting games depend on your own layout. 3. Ringing the bell is worth the effort. 4. To create a happy life with the spirit of volunteering. Descartes' I think, therefore I am, inspired many people's thinking; I feel that I am happy and therefore I am, and I can also start the meaning of volunteerism in life. In volunteering, we are not only self-interested, but also enjoyable to others. Let NPO volunteer service, because of me and multiple helpers; It also allows me to embrace more joy because of NPO volunteering.
