本研究旨在瞭解臺北縣立完全中學教師兼任行政職務影響意願之因素，並以所選擇的研究構面進行探討。本研究之主要目的包括：一、探討臺北縣完全中學教師兼任行政職務影響意願因素；二、探討不同背景變項之臺北縣完全中學教師兼任行政職務意願；三、提出具體建議以提高臺北縣完全中學教師兼任行政職務之意願。為達此目的，在研究方法上，採取問卷調查研究法，進行研究分析。經參考國內外相關文獻擬定研究架構，發展「臺北縣立完全中學教師兼任行政職務意願影響因素調查問卷」，並以九十八學年度臺北縣立完全中學目前正式兼任行政職務的教師為研究對象，總計發出311份問卷，回收252份問卷，同時以統計軟體進行樣本資料的統計與分析，而獲得以下結論： 一、研究發現影響臺北縣完全中學教師兼任行政職務意願之因素，主要在「個人」、「家庭」、「組織領導」等層面的因素。而「薪酬福利」層面與「其他因素」，並非主要的影響因素。 二、教師願意兼任行政工作的主要原因，依次包括參與感、主管請託、成就感等；教師不想兼任行政職務的主要原因依次為：事務繁雜、壓力大、工作量大等。 三、具有影響兼任行政職務的背景因素，依次包括：年齡、婚姻狀況、子女數、服務年資、兼任行政處室等。而不具有影響的背景因素，包括：性別、學歷、家庭經濟狀況、行政職務類別、學校隸屬的教師編制。 最後根據研究結論，提出建議，以供學校行政措施與相關研究之參考。
The main idea of this research is to understand the influential factors on the willingness of complete school teachers who join in part time administrative work in Taipei County. The main goals of this research include the followings: (1) To find the influential factors on the willingness of complete school teachers who have part time administrative positions in Taipei County. (2) To discuss the willingness of complete school teachers who have part time administrative work in Taipei County under different background variables. (3) To come up with specific suggestions to enhance the willingness of complete school teachers to join in the administrative work at school. To reach the above goals, in terms of research method, the survey method is applied to do research analysis. After reviewing related literature, the research structure is designed to develop “the survey of the influential factors on the willingness of complete school teachers who join in part time administrative work in Taipei County.” The official complete school teachers who have part time administrative positions in Taipei County in 2009 are the research objects. There are totally 311 questionnaires issued and 252 returned. The statistic software is applied to run data analysis. And, the research conclusions are as the followings: (1) In terms of the influencing levels, the factors which affect the willingness of complete school teachers who join in administrative work in Taipei County are the “individual”, “family”, and the “organization leadership”. The “salary and benefits”, and “other factors” are not the main influencing factors. (2) In terms of teachers’ willingness, the main factors which make teachers willing to join in administrative positions include participation, supervisors’ asking, and sense of achievement, etc. The main reasons which teachers don’t want to join in administrative positions are affairs complexity, high pressure, and a great amount of work. (3) The influential background factors include age, marital status, children amount, serving years and admi- nistrative position. The background factors which are not influential are gender, educational background, family’s economical status, administrative position, and the school belonging teacher mechanism. Some suggestions are issued based on research discovery and conclusions for making administrative strategies and related research.
