中文摘要 台灣地區擁有許多具有世界級觀光自然資源,也同時擁有許多的歷史人文景觀,這些資源,都可以說是台灣地區,除科技資訊特點發展之外,也值得國人來共同經營的一項特色,行政院於民國九十一年所推出的「國家發展重點計畫」,全名為「挑戰2008:國家發展重點計畫」,其中第五項「觀光客倍增計畫」,預計將來台旅客人數提昇至現階段來台旅客人數的兩倍,另外,自90年度起公務人員實施週休二日制度後,帶動了民營企業逐步跟進,使得週休二日漸漸成為台灣地區工作形態的主流,由以上兩點可知,台灣地區觀光活動的推廣不論是針對國內或是國外,都是相當重要的一項國家建設工作,然而,在相關觀光產業之中,若能善加利用視覺設計的資源,搭配適當的媒體宣傳,一定可以增加推廣觀光活動的效益。 本文也將就台灣地區的觀光活動做分析,找出相關視覺設計中視覺設計表現的內容,以及視覺設計的項目,並經由分析整理來了解,期待在執行相關視覺設計時,能夠釐清視覺設計表現以及視覺設計項目,相信對於規劃執行相關觀光活動的視覺設計會有所幫助。 另外在本文中,也將以一觀光活動推廣設計專案來模擬關於觀光活動視覺設計,而主題將以台北智慧卡票證公司的悠遊卡推廣使用,搭配推廣台北地區觀光景點的目的,來規劃一系列的視覺設計,以期達到推廣悠遊卡使用並帶動台北觀光景點的遊客人潮成長的目的。 在最後,可以說觀光產業不論就國內角度來看,或由全球的角度來思考,都可以說觀光產業將會具有極大的發展與潛力,隨之而來,也會有許多的視覺設計需求;然而,目前為止,國內尚未有承接大型國際級如奧林匹亞運動會活動的經驗,而政府方面,更擬定了2005年為「台灣觀光年」、2008年舉辦「台灣博覽會」,來提升台灣的國際知名度,因此可以說,未來國內的視覺設計規模也將因此有擴大的趨勢,而如何將視覺設計系統化,以及如何將視覺設計與資訊科技做結合,還有如何在新興的傳播媒體中,找尋視覺宣傳設計的方法及重點,都是吾人需要進一步再研究的課題,以切合國家發展的需要;本文的研究只是一個開始,粗淺的將台灣地區觀光活動視覺設計做分析,並簡略整理歸納出需求及項目,希望在往後的研究裡能夠再進一步的對以上所述的三項課題做進一步研究。
Taiwan possesses many world-class natural resources of tourism as well as historical and cultural views. These resources are special characters worthy of developing in Taiwan except technology and information development. The Executive Yuan propose “National development plans” in 2002 which the whole name is (Challenging 2008: National development plans). In the fifth item “Double tourists plan” plans to double the amount of tourists than the present stage. Since the public official started to take off 2 days a week on 2001, private enterprises followed up. This system gradually became the main stream of working trend in Taiwan. From the 2 points above, we can see that promoting Taiwan’s tourism is a very important national task, no matter to the domestic or to foreign tourists. However, if we can take advantage of resources of visual design accompanied with proper media promotion in related tourism industry, we sure can increase the benefit of promoting tourist activities. This article is about to analyze tourist activities in Taiwan to find out the content and items of the performances and items of visual design while executing related visual design. I believe that it would be helpful to planning and executing related visual design. In the article, we will use a case of tourist activity promotion design to simulate the visual design of tourist activity. The topic will be the promotion of the easy card of Taipei Smart Card Corporation accompanied with promoting the tourism of Taipei area to plan visual design to promote easy card and brings up the number of tourists. From domestic or world-wide aspects, we know that tourism industry has great potential and development. The following will have more demands of visual design. However, Taiwan has no experience of held big, international meetings, such as Olympic game. The government has planned year 2005 as “Taiwan Tourism Year” and year 2008 of “Taiwan exposition” to promote Taiwan’s international status. Therefore the scale of visual design in Taiwan will expand. It has always been my topic to research something about how to systematize visual design, how to combine visual design with information technology, and how to find the methods and key points in new medium to meet the demands of national development. This research is only a beginning. Roughly analyze the visual design of tourist activities in Taiwan and briefly categorize the demands and items. I wish I could go deep into the research of my three topics above in the following research.
