本研究以美麗逐夢,探討美麗經濟如何以瓶身設計與青春永駐的訴求建立龐大的全球商機,並為時代女性在時尚與藝術的結合下,為自己的青春美貌有更多的信心與可能性。SPA與五感體驗更連結了美麗經濟不同的面貌,在忙碌的現代人生活裡,如何讓自己的身心靈得以放鬆及喘息,在都市叢林裏,如何以感觀及按摩的服務過程,啟動五感體驗每一個細膩的過程。本研究以質性研究法進行深度訪談,以SPA會員,資歷10年以上,做為訪談對象,再以敍說探究法,分別了解及研究並探索身體對於五感體驗的感官知覺。並研究顧客的心態及對於身心靈的幫助。是氛圍,還是人文?或者是啟動感官知覺帶來了身心靈的平衡,而感到愉悅和放鬆。隨著虛擬通路的蓬勃發展,實體通路零售的部分有逐漸被取代的可能性,而服務體驗,是目前無法被網路取代的業種之一,透過質性研究的研究法,深入淺出地了解顧客服務體驗的心情,將有助於相關業者在投入美麗經濟逐夢的感官知覺及服務體驗氛圍營造及顧客需求的不同面相。
This study aims at pursuing the dream of beauty, exploring how the beauty economy can build a huge global business opportunity with bottle design and the pursuit of eternal youth, and providing women with more confidence and possibilities for their youth and beauty under the combination of fashion and art. The Spa and the experience of the five senses are even more connected to the different features of the beauty economy. In the rush modern life, how to get yourself relief and to catch up the breathe physically and spiritually? In the urban jungle, how to commence each delicate process to activate the five senses through the service process of perception and massage? This study uses the qualitative research to conduct an in-depth interview with the Spa memberships with more than 10 years of experience as the interview objects and then to conduct a narrative study to find out, study and explore the body's sensory perception of the experience of the five senses as well as to study the mentality of customers and to be helpful for the body, mind and soul. Is it the atmosphere, or the humanity? Or priming the senses that brings the balance of the body and the mind, and a feeling of pleasure and relaxation. Along with the vigorous development of the virtual channels, there is a possibility that the retail part of physical channels has gradually been replaced. However, the service experience, is currently one of the industries cannot be replaced by the Internet, through the method of qualitative research, we are able to understand the customer service experience deeply in a simple approach, it will be helpful to the relevant industrial players who participate in the beauty of economy and create the difference aspects of customers’ needs in their sensory perception and service experience.
