摘要

本論文是以爾芙藝術指甲及後續成立的爾凱美甲學苑為主體，並且以二家公司創辦人的視角，回顧美甲產業發展從無至有、從未曾聽聞，至今蓬勃發展的歷程。記錄並匯整美甲產業台灣之歷史演進，訪談台灣美甲先鋒之創業歷程和面臨的問題，台灣美甲前期如何透過比賽逐步確立產業之合法性，研究美甲相關協會、工會之創立過程，以及相關檢定申辦與美甲競賽規則、評審標準之設立。

This study is based on Erh Fu Nail SPA and the later established EK Nail Academy. This study reviews the nail industry and the initial establishment of both companies from the beginning until this point in time as seen from the perspective of the founders. The purpose is also to record the evolution of the nail industry in Taiwan and to review the issues encountered by established nail salons and pioneers in the industry. We will also study how the legitimacy of the industry was established through competition. Unions and associations related to the nail industry will also be addressed along with relevant certification as well as judging standards for nail art competitions.
