本研究旨在瞭解大臺北地區高級職業學校導師工作之現況,並探討不同背景及資歷之高職導師在導師工作實踐的差異情形,據以提出結論與建議。 為完整描繪高職導師工作,本研究量表涵蓋三大層面:班務處理及班級經營、學生教育與輔導、親師生溝通與需求協助。以問卷調查法進行資料收集,並進行相關統計分析。共發出問卷568份,回收有效問卷406份,有效回收率為71.4%。 關於大臺北地區高職導師工作現況分析,本研究結果摘要如下: 一、在導師工作三層面中,「班務處理及班級經營」層面表現最佳。 二、導師任教科目,在「學生教育與輔導」及「親師生溝通需求與協助」層面有顯著差異。 三、導師任教學校別、具備專業證照與否,均在三層面導師工作實踐情形有顯著差異。此外,任教地區不同在「親師生溝通與需求協助」層面亦有顯著差異。 四、班級科別、具備教師證、具備業界資歷,在「學生教育與輔導」層面有顯著差異。且業界資歷及行政資歷在該層面都呈現低度正相關。 五、導師資歷在「班務處理及班級經營」層面有顯著差異,並與「學生教育與輔導」層面都呈現低度正相關。 最後根據研究結論對學校單位、教育主管機關及未來研究提出具體建議,以作為有關單位與人員及未來研究之參考。
The purpose of this study was to understand the current of vocational high school homeroom teachers’ work and analyze the differences of their work practice in different background variables and working experiences in Taipei area. In order to discribe the whole image of vocational high school homeroom teachers’ work, the instruction include three parts, A: classroom management, B :instruction and advising, C: communication and assistance among parents, teachers, and students. This study adopted the questionnaire survey, there were 568 questionnaires subjects and 406 copies of effective questionnaires retrieved. The usable return rate was 71.4%. After analysis the current of vocational high school homeroom teachers’ work in Taipei area, the results of the research were concluded as follows: 1.Among the three parts of homeroom teachers’ work, part A is better than others. 2.The field of teaching presents significant differences in part B and C. 3.Working in public and private school, taking certifications present significant differences in all parts. And teaching in different area presents significant differences in and C. 4.The major subject, teaching certification, relevant working experiences, present significant differences in part B. Relevant working experiences and school administrative working experineces are lower positive correlated to part B. 5.Teaching experiences presents significant differences in part A,and is also lower positive correlated to part A and part B. Finally, according to the research results, the suggestions were provided to school administrations, education authorities and the future research.
