日劇《數學女孩戀愛簿》中的數學

摘要


以我國教育現況來說,數學一直是最重要的學科之一,但也是最令學生排斥學習的科目。將數學融入遊戲中,用漫畫或影視來呈現,或者將數學生活化,都是讓數學變成有意義的學習的方式。幾年前同事介紹我一部用數學知識來破案的日本電視劇(文後簡稱為日劇)- 數學女孩。身為中學老師的我在初次看完整部日劇後,對劇中所呈現的數學理論或知識,似乎無法深刻體會。有的數學概念甚至在看了第二次才發覺劇中用了哪些理論。故希望藉由本研究來與讀者分享劇中哪些地方用了哪些數學知識或概念,編劇者又是如何將這樣的概念安排到劇中呈現給各位觀眾。也希望藉由本研究報告,來提供在中學教育的老師如何方便透過本劇情來介紹一些教學上相關的數學與學生分享,發現數學樂趣,更進一步地讓數學更貼近一般民眾,進而讓民眾更有帶著走的數學能力。

Mathematics is one of the most important subjects in Taiwan’s education system, but mathematics is also the subject which students are less willing to learn. Game–based Learning, the use of comics or films, or maths being used in daily life are meaningful learning methods of mathematic. A few years ago, my colleague recommended me a Japanese drama series, called Hard Nuts ( translated as “Mathematics Girl” in Taiwan ). In this drama, mathematical knowledge is used to solve the criminal case. Even for a secondary school math teacher like me, I couldn’t get all the mathematics theories or knowledge when I watched this TV series for the first time. Sometimes it even took me some time by watching it twice to find out the mathematical theories adopted in this drama. I did this research to share the mathematical knowledge or concepts with the readers and analyze how the playwright incorporate these concepts into the plot. This research also aimed to make mathematics more practical to be used in everyday life to equip the public with the capabilities about mathematics.
