摘要
睽違24年後，邱永漢於1972年以台灣獨立聯盟日本本部中央委員旅日華僑身分返回台灣，1975年開始出版經濟類雜文。然而身為一個仍持續有作品產出的文學家，而且日治時期曾是台灣文藝家協會最年輕的成員，其文學作品卻遲至1979年才在台灣出版，而在台灣文學（史）的討論中屢屢被缺席。 為了完整呈現邱永漢的生命經驗及其文學歷程，本論文首先透過雜文、回憶錄等文類，回溯並勾勒邱永漢個人的成長經歷，他於2011年自稱是「生於台灣的亞洲人」，其透過文字所堆疊出來的離散境遇，呈現出什麼樣的作家樣貌？此為本論文所欲探究的第一個問題。 其次，透過1979年出版的《濁水溪：邱永漢短篇小說選》，討論邱永漢所選入的文本所呈現的離散情懷與敘事技巧，以理解其書寫所蘊含的意義。 最後觀察邱永漢1979年在台灣的出版《濁水溪：邱永漢短篇小說選》刪略的情形，以檢視前行研究，釐清作家在台灣文學（史）上缺席的特殊性，猶待討論的可能性，並由此補足作家及其作品的缺漏的研究面向。

Having been away for 24 years, Eikan Kyū returned to Taiwan in 1972 as a central committee member of the Japanese Headquarters of the World United Formosans for Independence and an overseas Chinese in Japan. He started to publish essays on economics in 1975. Although he was a prolific writer and had been the youngest member of the Taiwan Writers Association during the Japanese colonial period, his literary works were only published in Taiwan in 1979 and are often absent from discussions of Taiwanese literature and its history. To comprehensively present the life experiences and literary journey of Eikan Kyū, this thesis begins by reviewing and outlining Eikan Kyū’s personal development via study of his essays, memoirs, and other forms. Eikan Kyū described himself as a “Taiwanese-born Asian” in 2011. What kind of authorial image is presented through his diasporic writings? This is the first question explored in this thesis. Secondly, the diasporic sentiment and narrative skill of Choshui River: Selected Short Stories of Eikan Kyū, compiled by the writer and published in 1979, is discussed with the aim of understanding the meanings contained in the text. Finally, I observe how Choshui River: Selected Short Stories of Eikan Kyū, published in Taiwan in 1979, was subject to editing out. By examining previous research, I confirm the particularity of Eikan Kyū’s absence from Taiwanese literature and its history, and explore possibilities for further discussion with the aim of filling the research gap on the writer’s life and work.
