誰的歌劇院？臺中國家歌劇院之營運研究

摘要
本研究運用資料分析、參與觀察及深度訪談等研究方法，以臺中國家歌劇院為研究主體進行研究。本研究的研究問題分述如下： 一、從「臺中大都會歌劇院」到「臺中國家歌劇院」的發展脈絡為何？ 二、「臺中國家歌劇院」興建過程，以及納入「國家表演藝術中心」的意義為何？三、行政法人制度下的「臺中國家歌劇院營運推動小組」（前身為臺中國家歌劇院籌備小組）工作內容與其他單位的互動模式為何？推動過程遇到什麼阻礙？ 本研究完整的爬梳分析臺中大都會歌劇院到臺中國家歌劇院的發展脈絡，詳實紀錄臺中國家歌劇院興建過程，並發現臺中國家歌劇院納入國家表演藝術中心的意義可從人事制度、財務制度、行政效率與節目成效分析之，最後，本研究亦分析整理營推小組在政治、制度、經營與節目層面所遭遇到的阻礙，並進一步提出因應之道。

The research was based on the operation of National Taichung Theater. Document analysis, participant observation, and in-depth interviewing were used in this study. There were three research questions: First, what was the developmental path from Taichung Metropolitan Opera House to National Taichung Theater? Second, what was the construction process of National Taichung Theater? And what was the significance when National Taichung Theater brought into National Performing Arts Center? Third, under public corporation, what was the daily work for the team of National Taichung Theater and how they interacted with other departments, and what kind of problems did they face during the process? The results were as follows: First, The developmental path from Taichung Metropolitan Opera House development to National Taichung Theater and the construction process of National Taichung Theater were described in details. Second, the situations and problems from National Taichung Theater brought into National Performing Arts Center were analyzed in this study. Third, this study provided the solution to the above problems.
