國中升學補教業與個別化指導發展的實踐研究—以永和區文理補習班為例

An Empirical Study on the Development of Cram School and Individualized Guidance for Junior High School — in Yongho District

摘要


市面上的升學補習班分為兩大類,團體補習班與個別指導補習班,在市場上始終為競爭關係。在本實踐研究中,學生將個別指導課程與團體課程結合,開發出新的商業模式,並透過在新北市地區的補習班實際運作三年,作為實踐研究的立基點。 研究結果顯示,附設個別指導課程可在第二年開始營利,透過提供連鎖個別指導課程所缺乏之升學資源、輔導解題等服務搶占市場。研究中為團體補習班業者進入個別指導課程市場做完整的教育訓練及SOP文件,以降低此商業模式的模仿性。 本篇研究採用實踐研究法,針對升高中的補教業深入探討,並以升學補習班作為實踐研究的起點。研究過程中訪談連鎖個別指導業者、團體補習班業者、任職於學校及補習班的老師,並對家長進行問卷調查,透過各種角度分析團班附設個別指導課程的可行性,並將實際營運結果詳細分析,以提供相關建議。

There are currently two types of tuition classes on the market: group tuition classes and individual tuition classes. I unified these two business models, and through the practical operation of the cram school in the New Taipei City area for three years, as a basis for empirical research. The results of the research show that the individual guidance courses can start making profits in the second year, and they can seize the market by providing further education resources and problem-solving services that are lacking in the chain individual guidance courses. In the research, complete education training and SOP documents are prepared for group operators to enter the individual guidance course market, so as to reduce the imitation of this business model. This research adopts the empirical research method to deeply discuss the supplementary education in cram school and takes it as the starting point of the empirical research. During the research process, chain individual operator, group cram schools operator, and teachers working in schools and cram schools were conducted interviews, and a questionnaire survey was conducted on parents to analyze the feasibility of individual instruction courses attached to group classes from various perspectives, and analysis the actual operation results to provide relevant recommendations.
