摘要

鐵道迷是十分熱門的字彙，尤其在近期廣推鐵道觀光時，更將鐵道迷一詞推至高點。有趣的是，雖說報章雜誌書籍常沿用鐵道迷一詞，但國內尚未有正式研究探討鐵道迷之行為，其中臺灣歷經長達近30年戒嚴與90年代鐵道文化浩劫下，鐵道迷卻堅持不懈在其中冒著生命危險紀錄鐵道身影與極力保留鐵道文化的態度更顯意義非凡。本研究將彙整鐵道迷之歷史與類型，深度訪談十位分布於各年齡層與類型之鐵道迷，並以文獻資料分析鐵道迷之行為因素，同時也將更深入地了解每位鐵道迷人生特殊歷程，描繪出鐵道迷在臺灣鐵道史上的重要性。根據訪談結果可以發現鐵道迷在認真休閒、次文化與自我認同擁有著與其他迷行為不同的特質與展現方式外，同時鐵道迷在深耕鐵道文化精神和對臺灣鐵道經營展望中，肩負著十分重要的角色，給予臺灣鐵道文化擁有更多繽紛的色彩與不同的可能性。

The "railfan" is a very popular vocabulary, especially in the recent promotion of sightseeing railway; it even pushes the word "railfan" to its peak. The interesting thing is that generally, the newspapers or the magazine frequently refer to the word" railfan," but there is no specific official study of the railfans' behavior. The railfans insist on keeping the record of the railway by taking the risk of jeopardizing their lives and bearing such an attitude to preserve the railway culture presenting an extraordinary meaning in the period of thirty years of martial law and ninety years of cultural catastrophe.
To organize the railfans' history and the category through the in-depth interview with ten railfans of various ages and categories, and to analyze factors of railfans' behavior through the information of literature, in the meantime to go further and explore one of each railfan's special experience of their life, and to depict the importance of railfans in history of Taiwan railway. The railfans have different features and ways of presentation from some other fandom, leisure serious, recreation, subculture, and identity based on the interview's outcome. Simultaneously the railfans play a significant role in deeply rooted in the spirit of railway culture and the outlook of operation running on the railway in Taiwan, and bringing up railway culture in Taiwan with more gorgeous colors and different possibilities.
