摘要


本研究為探討Facebook上關於COVID-19防疫訊息的貼文内容及其中所含相對應的主題標籤 #Hashtag 使用情况。本研究中於特定時間內收集了57篇防疫相關的貼文,並分析了貼文的主要內容和使用的主題標籤。研究發現,防疫訊息主要涵蓋洗手、社交距離、口罩、疫苗等重要防疫方法,而這些詞彙也成為了最常見的主題標籤 #Hashtag。此外,使用者傾向於在主題標籤中將關鍵字轉化為短標語,以增強訊息的重要性和好感。然而,也發現在私人經營的專業或商業社群發表的文章中可能存在資訊誤傳的危機。因此,對於COVID-19防疫訊息的使用主題標籤 #Hashtag進行搜尋,使用者應保持警惕,並儘量從專業網站搜尋正確的資料,以避免受到不實訊息的影響。整體而言,本研究為了解Facebook上防疫訊息及其主題標籤的使用行為提供了有益的見解,並強調了主題標籤等相關工具在社群媒體傳播有效性中的重要作用。

This study aims to investigate the content of COVID-19 preventive measures related posts on Facebook and the corresponding usage of the theme hashtag #Hashtag. Within a specific timeframe, 60 posts related to COVID-19 preventive measures were collected and analyzed for their main content and the use of them hashtag. The study found that the preventive messages mainly covered essential measures such as handwashing, social distancing, mask-wearing, and vaccination, which also became the most common them #Hashtag. Additionally, more of the FB users tend to transform keywords into short slogans within the theme hashtags to enhance the significance and appeal of the messages. However, it was also observed that there may be a risk of misinformation in posts published by privately-owned professional or commercial social media accounts. Therefore, users should exercise caution and try to search for accurate information from reputable sources when using them #Hashtag to access COVID-19 preventive messages. Overall, this study provides valuable insights into the behavior of disseminating COVID-19 preventive messages and the use of them #Hashtag on Facebook, highlighting the significant role of theme hashtags and related tools in the effectiveness of social media communication.
