備戰2020東京奧運之心理技能訓練-以空手道選手文姿云為例

摘要


本研究的目的主要是採用自我敘說的方法,探討2020東京奧運空手道銅牌選手文姿云在備戰東京奧運期間所接受的心理技能訓練,包括自我覺察訓練、自我對話訓練、意象訓練、專注訓練等。梳理整合以運動員養成之路、備戰東京奧運、東京奧運奪牌歷程、心理技能訓練之應用、結語,呈現五大主軸為研究結果。文姿云選手之心理技訓練成功經驗,表示心理技能訓練對於運動員技術表現的發揮有著關鍵之影響。透過這些心理技能訓練,運動員可以更好地掌握自己的所有狀態,更好地應對比賽壓力和挑戰。對於其他運動員和運動心理學的研究來說,透過自我敘說呈現運動心理技能之方法,提供了寶貴的技能之經歷和啟發。而在未來的研究和實踐中,我們應該繼續關注和探索空手道運動中心理技能訓練的應用和效果。透過更多的科學研究、教練和心理專家的支持,我們可以為空手道運動員提供更好的心理健康支持和訓練,使他們在競技場上取得更出色的成績,同時建立積極的心理資源,並促進運動員在競技運動中和生活之全面發展。

The purpose of this study was to examine Karate bronze medalist Wen Tzu Yun’s preparation for 2020 Tokyo Olympic Games in psychological skill training by using self-narrative method. During the period of preparation, Wen Tzu Yun was trained psychological skill training such as self-awareness training, self-talk training, imagery training, and concentration training. The results were structured five main themes: the athlete's development journey, preparation for the Tokyo Olympics, her medal-winning journey at the Olympics, the application of psychological skills training, and a concluding section. Wen Tzu Yun successful experience with psychological skills training underscores its pivotal role in influencing athletes' technical performance. These psychological skills empower athletes to better navigate their mental states, enabling them to cope with the stress and challenges of competitions. In the context of other athletes and sports psychology research, the method of presenting sports psychology skills through self-narration offers valuable experiential insights and inspiration. For future research and practice, it's important to continue exploring the application and effects of psychological skills training in karate. Through more scientific research and the support of coaches and psychological experts, we can provide better psychological support and training for karate athletes, and then enhancing their performance in competitions meanwhile fostering positive mental resources. This comprehensive approach contributes to athletes' development both in sports and in life.
