複合式電鍍鎳磷/鑽石強化7075鋁合金的腐蝕與機械特性之研究

摘要


本研究以7075鋁合金(Al-Zn-Mg-Cu)為基材,藉由在陽極處理後的鋁合金上進行電鍍鎳磷/(Ti或Ni)改質鑽石複合塗層沉積,變化電流時間、不同鍍層(Ti或Ni)改質的鑽石,來觀察比較鑽石電鍍於7075鋁合金的表面形貌和品質,分析經電鍍技術對鋁合金表面沉積之複合塗層之機械性性質以及 耐蝕性效應。利用掃描式電子顯微鏡(SEM),觀察表面氧化膜形態。 在3.5wt% NaCl水溶液的腐蝕環境下以電化學極化量測評估其耐腐蝕行爲。實驗結果顯示,陽極前處理可促進電鍍鎳磷複合鍍層的沉積,經過電鍍鎳磷/(Ti或Ni)改質鑽石複合塗層沉積的7075鋁合金,能有效增強鋁合金的表面硬度,並能顯著提升鋁合金在NaCl水溶液中的耐腐蝕及機械的特性。

In this study, 7075 aluminum alloy (Al-Zn-Mg-Cu) was used as the substrate, by electroplating nickel phosphorus / (Ti or Ni) modified diamond composite coating deposition on the anodized aluminum alloy, changing the current time , Diamonds modified with different coatings (Ti or Ni), to observe and compare the surface morphology and quality of diamond electroplating on thin wires, and analyze the mechanical properties, corrosion resistance and wear resistance of composite coatings deposited on aluminum alloy surfaces by electroplating technology The effect of consumption. The corrosion resistance was evaluated by electrochemical polarization measurement in the corrosive environment of 3.5wt% NaCl aqueous solution. The experiment result shows that , anode pretreatment can promote the deposition of electroplated nickel-phosphorus composite coatings. The 7075 aluminum alloy deposited by electroplated nickel-phosphorus / (Ti or Ni) modified diamond composite coating can effectively enhance the surface hardness of aluminum alloy Significantly improve the corrosion resistance and mechanical properties of aluminum alloy in aqueous NaCl solution.
