面對全球競爭的環境壓力,如何縮短新產品開發時間,是每個企業成長及永續經營的基石。不斷推出更好、更新、更符合市場需求的產品,不僅是企業追求成長的必要條件,更是企業未來能否生存的主要因素,新產品開發是企業得以存活及成功的關鍵性因素。2011年臺灣每個人平均有1.2支智慧型手機,手機已然成為生活的必需品。本研究為了深入了解競爭激烈、產品生命週期短的產品之開發管理的實務,選擇臺灣最大品牌智慧型手機-H公司為個案公司探討其產品開發管理流程;本研究採用質性研究的方法,運用深度訪談搜集資料,並輔之國內外相關文獻之探討,依據訪談論述的資料匯集並進行分析。研究發現從訪談可看出H公司One系列產品開發流程的成功因素,個案公司之產品開發流程有一套標準作業程序,掌握同步工程精神使研發人員在研發初期就能掌握各部門的意見,降低部門間反覆的溝通次數,而易製性設計概念使個案公司在大量生產生產過程中,可以達到低成本及高品質的目標,公司內部需有團隊式結構發展動態能力,確實掌握之間的物流系統,才能讓公司在瞬息萬變的環境下,因應智慧型手機新產品生命週期越來越短,能夠及時上市搶得商機。
Facing the global competition of the business environment, how to shorten the development time of new products is the operating cornerstone of firms. The rapid technological advances in the modern enterprise, how to continue to introduce better and newer products to meet market demand is the essential means for firms. New product development is a key factor for the survival and the success of enterprise. This study employs the case study integrating literatures review to understand the product development and design procedure of the Taiwan's largest brand smart phone producer, case company H. Compiled based on interviews discussed and analyzed, H Company One series success factors of the product development process can be seen from the interviews. Product development process is a set of standard operating procedures. The R & D concepts of concurrent engineering and design for manufacturability adopted by case company H will be able to reduce the number of repeated communication between the departments and to make the production process to achieve the goal of low-cost and high-quality.
