摘要

目前社會上隨著醫療的進步與少子化及老年化等影響，台灣人口結構趨向於高齡化並有邁向超高齡化社會的趨勢，因此，對於年長者的照護與護理照顧的長期照顧機構有越來越多的需求。故本研究透過以XX養護中心當案例來研究並以填寫問卷來找出該機構可能會產生的風險項目，然後再擬出適合的方案並向機構宣導改善及員工教育訓練，並讓機構自行實施自衛消防編組演練，以達成機構自行規劃、自行查核、自行演練、自行修正能力之培養，以期將來能提升長照機構及住民的防火安全。

At present, with the advancement of medical care and the impact of declining birthrate and aging, Taiwan’s population structure tends to be aging and there is a trend towards a super-aged society. Therefore, this research uses XX Nursing Center as a case study and fills in questionnaires to find out the risk items that the organization may generate, and then draws up a suitable plan and promotes improvements and employee education and training to the organization, and allows the organization to do so by itself Implement self-defense firefighting group drills to achieve the ability of the organization to plan, check, drill, and revise itself, so as to improve the fire safety of long-term care
institutions and residents in the future.
