本研究採用2(中文、英文)×2(電子影像、圖文履歷)×2 (專業焦點訊息、特質焦點訊息)的受試者間實驗設計,探討甄選主管對中文或英文履歷的履歷表現評價是否具有差異,同時並探討不同的履歷類型(電子影音及電子圖文)及履歷資訊(強調專業及強調特質) 是否分別干擾上述的關聯性。本研究以清雲科技大學EMBA與進修部學生為受試樣本,分析375份有效問卷獲得以下研究發現:首先,受試者對中文履歷的表現評價高於英文履歷。其次,受試者給予中文電子影像履歷與英文電子影像履歷的表現評價差異性,高於中文電子圖文履歷與英文電子圖文履歷的表現評價差異性。最後,受試者給予中文專業履歷與英文專業履歷的表現評價差異性,高於中文特質履歷與英文特質履歷的表現評價差異性。
This study conducted experimental design by 2 (Chinese, English) x 2 (Electronics video, electronics diagram’s text) x2 (Professional focal message, trait focal message) to explore the resume performance appraisal difference between Chinese and English resume in select manager, as well as the moderate role of resume types (electronics video or electronics diagram’s text) and the information (emphasizing professional or emphasizing trait). This study used the students of Executive Master of Business Administration and Continuing Education of Chin Yung University as our experiment target. Based on the 375 effective questionnaires, the finding of this study indicated: Firstly, the Chinese resume performance appraisal is higher than English resume. Secondly, the difference of resume performance appraisal between Chinese and English resume of electronics video is higher than the difference of resume performance appraisal between Chinese and English resume of electronics diagram’s text. Finally, the difference of resume performance appraisal between Chinese and English professional resume is higher than the difference of resume performance appraisal between Chinese and English trait resume.
