摘要


本篇論文提出「差分運算演算法的研究與應用」。差分運算演算法在本篇論文中包含兩大主題,分別是:(1)差分方程式的實現:本主題說明差分方程式的各種實現方式,目的是要簡單有效的得到差分信號。差分信號在分析訊號時,是被當成一個重要參考的指標信號。本主題是選用FPGA晶片來實現差分方程式;(2)差分運算演算法的應用:差分運算演算法在本主題是應用於分析心電圖信號。差分運算演算法,首先尋找心電圖信號中振幅較突出的R波,接著是以R波為基準,再去尋找心電圖中的Q波及S波。本篇論文提出且應用於分析心電圖信號的差分運算演算法,其主要用途是用來尋找心電圖信號的QRS波,並將心電圖信號中的特徵值(如心電圖信號的頻率與振幅)等數據,提供給心臟科醫生在辨識心臟病患之病症時使用。經多次的測試,確認本篇論文所提出的差分運算演算法是一個有效的方法。

This study analyzed ECG signals by using difference operation algorithm (DOA). The difference operation algorithm contains two major steps which are: (1) realizing the difference equation: this step explains the various implementations of the difference equation and then the differential signal can be simply and effectively obtained. Differential signal is used as an important reference signal for analyzing Electrocardiogram (ECG) signals. This step also uses the FPGA chip to implement the difference equation; (2) applying the difference operation algorithm to analyze the ECG signal. The differential operation algorithm firstly looks for the R wave with a sharp amplitude in the ECG signals, and then uses the R wave as a reference to find the Q wave and the S wave in the ECG signals. This study applies the differential operation algorithm for analyzing ECG signals. Its main purpose is to find the QRS wave of the ECG signals, and provide the eigenvalues such as the frequency and amplitude of the ECG signal for cardiologists to identify conditions in heart disease. Experimental results show that the proposed differential operation algorithm is an effective method.
