建築物安全設施專利發展之探討-以防墜裝置為例

摘要
近年來國內接連發生多起兒童墜樓意外，不但帶走孩子寶貴的生命，也留下家庭破碎的遺憾。很多案例都是照顧者一時的疏忽，縱有再多的自責悔恨，也無法挽回那早逝的生命，在兒童墜樓之意外中，探究其發生之原因，有絕大多數係因為在睡夢中醒來找不到父母，也因此「居家之防墜措施」以及「不讓兒童獨處」，尤其是對於高樓層建築之幼童居家安全，乃係非常重要之預防以及觀念宣導。專利地圖可以幫助企業取得競爭優勢且保護自身避免侵犯其他公司的專利權，本研究利針對防落裝置及其相關製品之技術進行台灣專利趨勢分析如國際分類、申請年、公告年、申請人、發明人等找出的專利是目前最熱門的技術，而達到高樓層防止墜落中則是以安全功效目前市場最為重視。依據本研究結果，針對技術與功效觀點，故提供專利地圖分析，可縮短研發經費及時間，並供製造廠商做為未來相關技術研發及專利權經營管理策略之參考。

In recent years, many accidents of children falling from the top floor have been occurred here in Taiwan; it is not only claiming the child’s precious life, but also leaving the remorse for a broken family. Many cases occurred are deriving from caregiver’s momentary negligence; even more self-blame remorse still cannot retrieve the early-death life. In the accident of children falling from a building, we explore its causality and find most cases that are happened because children wake up in their sleep and cannot find their parent. Therefore, the “Household anti-falling measures” and the “Don’t leave children alone”, particularly, for the young children living in high building, are extremely important in the process of prevention and conceptional propaganda. The patent map can help enterprises to obtain the competitive advantage and protect them from infringing other company’s patent right. Aiming at the anti-falling device and other related products and technologies, author of this study has conducted an analysis on the patent tendency in Taiwan, e.g. the international classification, application year, promulgation year, applicant, and inventor. To find out a patent is the most popular technology at present, and to prevent from falling off a building is the safety effect which is ultimately valued by current market. In accordance with the research findings, we are aiming at the viewpoint of the technology and efficacy to provide the patent-map analysis, so as to curtail the developing fund and time. Moreover, we also provide the future relating technology, R&D, and patent-right management strategy for manufacturers’ references.
