五力分析與VRIO模式分析之研究-以捷元電腦公司為例

摘要


本研究介紹工作的一台電腦銷售公司在台灣。研究的目的解釋營銷模式和不同的戰略使用情況Genuine C&C公司。這一篇論文敘述演變台灣的電腦銷售的分銷通道從零DIY售商大型批發商和經銷商。最方便的和優質的服務一個很好的途徑消費者的滿意度。除了市場營銷本案例研究調查公司的戰略和使用2最受歡迎的方式描述企業。我們使用Porter’s五力模型和VRIO模型。結果表明這家公司提供優質的服務和良好的關係,其供應商。這意味著公司可以站在任何競爭和而且將繼續是成功的公司。

This study describes the work of one computer sales company in Taiwan. The purpose is to explain marketing models and different strategies using the case of Genuine C&C Company. This paper represents the evolution of Taiwan’s computer sales distribution channels from DIY retailers to large wholesalers and distributors. The most convenient and high quality service is a good way to costumers’ satisfaction. Besides marketing this case study investigates company’s strategy and uses 2 most popular ways to describe businesses. Porter’s Five Forces and VRIO models are used. Results show that this company provides high quality service and has good relations with its suppliers which mean that company may stand any competition and will remain successful company.
