This study was conducted using melt intercalation method mixing method using modified polytetrafluoroethylene as a substrate, were added 25% graphite and 15% glass fiber & 5% molybdenum disulfide (MoS2) as a reinforced material. Then mixed by plastograph-mixer manner were prepared, the polymer composite of polytetrafluoroethylene (PCN) test pieces were studied mechanical properties (tensile, impact and wearing tests) and thermal properties (DSC, TGA), and then through the scanning electron microscope (SEM) observed the impact fracture surface to determine the best treatment formulation and processing parameters. The results showed that the Teflon nanocomposites, add graphite and glass fiber helps to improve the nature of the substrate, but the impact strength was decreased with the increase of tensile strength.
