本研究以計算綠建築模型之外殼等價開窗率與遮陽形式,空調節能設計依照建築模型之1F至3F樓地板面積163.68m2所需之冷凍量與建築通風量來計算空調機之冷凍能力於一小時運轉所需之電能;於照明節能數據中,並經過計算得知使用一個月之電能;結果可得知外殼節能之等效開窗率Req = 6.3%符合建築技術規則第二百九十九條第九項規定之北部氣候區小於13%,合乎三百十條之規定中,住宿類建築物外殼不透光之外牆部分之平均熱傳透率應低於3.5(W/m2.度),在建築外遮陽方面,可知水平遮陽較垂直遮陽遮敝陽光進入建築開口部的效果要好,預估可節省15~20%電力;空調節能設計中,若採用具節能標章之變頻式空調機,則每月空調機可節省約675kWH的電力;在照明節能方面,經計算後,高效率LED燈比白熾燈泡每月可節省184.56kWH電力,最後,在水資源應用中可知,若於用水系統加入雨水收集系統,每個月將可有效節省14.32kWH電力。
