摘要


對於工廠而言,生產線的產能往往是影響工廠利潤的其中一個主要因素。會影響產能的因素有許多,如:人員素質、接單量、設備現有產能等等...。這也是許多工廠都著重的地方,而要提升生產線的產能,人員、設備使用效率的提升是必須的。為了提升產能有許多做法,例如:增加作業人員、增設新設備、做教育訓練等等...。其中,人力的因素尤其重要,生產人員往往是現在生產線中主要的生產力輸出之一,而影響人員的變動因素,是在其他影響因素(如機器、材料、方法、環境)中變動最大的,如常見的請假、排休問題、工作適性度、人員情緒、人員溝通、人員士氣等等問題,且人員因素在其他人、機、料、法的影響中,是最難被量化的影響因素,若要將人員因素考慮到產能評估的話,往往是難以計算評估的。 故本研究以線性規劃來探討生產線的作業人員、生產的作業時間以及加班時數的最適配置,並以淡旺季來區分生產線的訂單需求,使得人力成本降至最低,最後以筆記型電腦代工廠實際的生產資料來進行驗證。

For a plant, the production line's capacity is often one of the main factors that affects the profitability of the plant. There are many factors that affect production capacity, such as: personnel quality, order quantity, equipment existing capacity and so on... This is also the focus of many mission factories, and to improve the production line capacity, personnel, equipment efficiency is necessary. There are many ways to increase production capacity, such as increasing the number of workers, adding new equipment, doing educational training, etc. Among them, the human factor is particularly important, production personnel are often one of the main productivity output in the production line, and the change factors affecting personnel are the most variable in other factors (such as machines, materials, methods, environment), such as common leave, scheduling problems, work fitness, personnel sentiment, personnel communication. Such issues as personnel morale, and personnel factors in other people, machine, material, law, is the most difficult to quantify the impact factors, to take the personnel factors into account capacity assessment, it is often difficult to calculate the assessment. Therefore, this study uses linear programming to explore the optimal configuration of the production line operators, production time and overtime hours, and to distinguish the order requirements of the production line in the light season, so that the labor cost is minimized, and finally the notebook computer foundry actual production data for verification.
