現行通用零附件庫儲管理中,各層級庫房仍以傳統人工方式實施庫儲清點,這種方法必須使用大量人力及時間,在現行部隊編制縮減的情況下,將造成基層作業單位不堪負荷。國軍後勤是軍隊戰力之基礎至重點於補給與保修,兩者是一體兩面,因此配合的良窳,影響支援作戰效率甚鉅,有關後勤戰力管制與戰場管理可從救災任務中得到驗證。另國防政策已朝向質精、量小、戰力強的模式發展,在此趨勢下,如何精進補給與保修之管理效能將成為一大課題,而其所帶來的效益不僅可以節約資源、精簡人力、同時降低後勤成本,對於後續部隊執行各項任務有極大助益。本文希望以企業資源規劃系統功能,配合聯合保修廠現有系統和電子化維修數據,兩者結合達到作業效率增加、減少人力負荷及錯誤率,提升後勤補給與保修能量。
In the current general spare parts inventory management, the warehouse at all levels is still carrying out inventory counting by traditional manual methods. This method requires a lot of manpower and time. Under the current reduction of the troop strength, it will certainly cause the work load of the grass-roots units to be unbearable. The logistics of the national army is the foundation of the army's combat power. The emphasis is on the supply and the warranty, and the two are integrated on one side and the other. Therefore, the good coordination between the two sides can greatly affect the efficiency of the support operations. Logistical combat force control and battlefield management can be verified from disaster relief missions. In addition, under the general trend, how to improve the management efficiency of replenishment and warranty has become a major issue and the benefits brought by it have not only saved resources and streamlined manpower, reducing logistical costs and greatly contributing to the follow-up of troops in carrying out various tasks. In this paper, we hope to combine the functions of the ERP system in the industry with the existing systems and electronic maintenance data in the joint warranty factory. The combination of the two will increase the operating efficiency, reduce manpower load and error rate, and enhance logistical energy.
