連鎖超商加盟經營管理改善策略與成效分析 -以桃園市某封閉型連鎖超商為例

摘要


台灣是全世界連鎖超商密度第一的國家共有四大體系,7-Eleven、全家、萊爾富、OK共有一萬多家的便利商店,因台灣地區連鎖超商店數眾多居世界密度之冠,連鎖超商的營業額也達到綜合商品零售業營業額的26.1%(2892億)競爭相當激烈,如何在競爭市場上做好內控及克服困難達到經營成效讓規模較小的連鎖超商得以生存,甚為重要。 因此研究者找到一家經營遇到瓶頸的店舖,此店鋪經過與競爭對手競爭取得經營權後,因店長本身不擅管理導致經營成效不佳,研究者從基礎的五管(產銷人發財)著手分析此店舖的狀況,並研提改善策略與做法,導入後獲得顯著效果,此研究分析及改善方式可以提供給想創業加盟的人參考。 本研究經由研究者實際分析店鋪狀況後,接手營運並將人員重新訓練,增加人員技能提升服務品質,增加店鋪A級品及新品縮減C級品,調整商品擺放位置,重新分析POS系統商品銷售數據,並配合公司全店行銷活動後,一個月轉虧為盈成效顯著,可供提供想投入連鎖超商的人員做為參考。
