聚苯乙烯與改質雲母複合材料之製備與性質研究

摘要


本文研究添加不同含量1、2、3及4 wt%之改質雲母於聚苯乙烯中,利用捏合混煉,製備成聚苯乙烯奈米複合材料,探討在不同的黏土含量下之奈米複合材料的分散狀況、熱性質及機械等各項性質與純聚苯乙烯之數據相互比對。 研究結果數據顯示,聚苯乙烯/雲母於3wt%時其熱裂解溫度提升28℃,其玻璃轉移溫度皆較無顯著的變化;熱傳導係數在雲母含量增加其熱傳導係數亦隨之增加;熱變形溫度亦無明顯提升與變化;熔融指數趨勢隨著雲母的含量增加其熔融指數亦隨Mica含量增加使其熔融指數提升。機械性質中,在2wt%時提升拉伸強度提升最多,提升了約30%,添加雲母能造成其拉升、衝擊、彎曲能量向上提升;耐磨耗及硬度皆下降。 由本篇研究數據結果得知,只須添加適量的改質雲母,就可以有效的改善聚苯乙烯的物性。

The purpose of this research is to prepare polymethyl methacrylate (PS) composites with Mica from content of 1, 2, 3 and 4wt%, respectively. We use Kneader to produced composites and investigate the composites disperse morphology, thermal properties and mechanical properties by different from clay content of 1, 2, 3 and 4wt%, respectively. In thermal properties result shows that the decomposition temperature of PS /Mica at 3wt% increase 28℃. The glass transition temperature of PS /Mica has no notable variety. The thermal conductivity increases with the Mica content. Thermal deformation temperature also not obvious promotion and change. The melt index increases along with the mica content also increases along with it. In mechanical properties of tensile strength increase 30% of PS /Mica 2wt%. The Mica causes the pull, the tensile impact, curving energy incrense; Wear instruments and degree of hardness drop. In this research only need the right amount mica content be able to improve the polystyrene propenties.
