The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between background variables, personality traits and financial behavior of firefighters in Taoyuan City. Based on the research results, we will infer the relevant variables that may affect the financial management behavior of firefighters. The results of regression analysis show that the "age" in background variables and the "extroversion" in personality traits are important explanatory variables for explaining financial behavior: 1. The older you are, the more positive your financial management behavior. The possible explanation is that the older the firefighters in Taoyuan City, the higher the salary, the more stable the financial foundation, and the more positive financial management behavior. 2. When firefighters have an extroverted personality trait, there will be positive financial management behavior. The possible explanation is that when Taoyuan City firefighters have extroverted personality traits, the more adventurous psychological characteristics, financial management behavior is relatively positive.
