利用DCT法實現上肢外骨骼輔助復健之適應性調校

摘要


由於世界人口快速的老化,需要復健的人數也隨之增加,例如:中輕度中風患者、意外失去運動機能者和運動傷害等等。但目前復健醫療大多都是需要到醫院並且要有復健師在旁協助才可完成,加上需要復健的人數增加,使得每位患者可以復健的時間相當有限,也因此降低了復健的成效性。 本研究提出了一種利用身分識別結合離散餘弦變換實現上肢外骨骼輔助復健之適應性調校,藉由此設計來找出每位患者的最佳訓練強度,使每次復健都是以最佳的強度執行,進而提升每位患者復健的成效。其中,採用無線射頻辨識技術(Radio Frequency Identification,RFID)來做使用者的身分識別,並且使用離散餘弦變換(Discrete cosine transform, DCT)來取出使用者手肘彎曲與伸展時的肌電信號(EMG)的特徵,並與資料庫中的閥值資料表做擊中統計,藉此取得使用者適合的最大活動角度,系統將依此自動調校與訓練,進而達到減少人力的目的。 本研究實測多位不在受試者名單中的使用者使用本系統,系統會根據每一位使用者當前的肌電信號(EMG)做出適當的調整,並且將調整後的訓練數據儲存於資料庫中。本研究的結論為(1)透過ID系統能明確的分辨使用者。(2)根據實驗結果證實,方法三由DC值作為特徵值判斷的效果是最好的。(3)根據系統判斷測試結果,20-29歲系統判斷的正確率為93%,30-39歲系統判斷的正確率為93%,50-59歲系統判斷的正確率為80%。(4)馬達能依照系統判斷的角度做出相對應的調整,且偏差值能控制在4度以內。

In the physiotherapy clinic, physiotherapist teach and help people to do exercise when they are activating the muscle. The muscle activation can be monitored using surface electromyography (EMG) sensor. However, patients need to spend a lot of time to wait for exercise in the physiotherapy clinic. In this study, we proposed an adaptive adjustment of upper limb exoskeleton method using discrete cosine transform (DCT) to select the signature feature of signal and from the electromyography (EMG) sensor for rehabilitation when user’s muscle activity. The results show that the hit rate of accuracy is 93%, 93% and 80%, for twentysomething, in one's thirties and the middle-aged, respectively.
