本論文針對和病毒傳染的預防,為第一線和第二線醫生、護士、檢驗師,設計整套安全可靠、輕便舒適、工作方便的防護衣。抗病毒傳染防護衣是由風扇、電池、組裝盒、輸送管、和可拋棄式不透氣塑膠衣及頭套組合而成。原理是:風扇從大氣中將空氣經雙層N95過濾輸送入防護衣,造成防護衣內部正壓,並使氣流從防護衣內部往外流,形成循環,故可防止醫護人員感染,安全可靠。除提供呼吸需求外,氣流量充足可以提供空調需求。利用STAR-CD軟體針對循環風扇主流場與做模擬,研究參數對流場影響,得到最佳設計參數。並對風扇振動的模態做探討,以達到減振減噪的目的。
In this study, a safe, comfortable and convenient protection cloth for those doctors, nurses, and medical technicians working in the virus pollution environment is designed. The protection cloth is composed of a fan, batteries, a case, a transport pipe, a removable and airproof plastic clothes and a head-cover. Through two layers of N95 filters the air in the pollution environment is transported by a fan into the protection cloth. It results in that the pressure in the protection cloth is larger than the atmosphere pressure. The breathing air can flow only from the cloth to atmosphere. However, the air in atmosphere must not flow reversely. Then those medical personals can be protected from infection. Moreover, the design supplies the faculty of air conditioning. The influence of parameters on the flow performance of the fan is investigated by using the CFD program STAR-CD. The vibration of blade is analyzed by using the program of ANSYS. Finally, the design with good air-conditioning, low electricity and low noise is finished.
