摘要


往復式空氣壓縮機從19世紀以來就開始使用,主要是他的構造簡單、應用範圍廣泛,因此在工業、冷凍及空調上仍持續使用,但在使用空壓機時,約有10%以上的電力消耗掉,在工廠中,壓縮空氣為一個昂貴的能源,因此增加空氣壓縮機效率將可得到明顯的節能。 本研究建立之實驗室為小型空壓機性能試驗實驗室,以風管及噴嘴進行三部國產10HP空壓機之性能試驗,分別比較不同排氣壓力下之空氣流率Qs、容積效率ηv、絕熱總效率ηad、耗能比值(Qs/馬力數),由試驗結果可知在三部空壓機中,以A牌空壓機無論在空氣流率、容積效率、絕熱總效率、耗能比值的表現都是最佳,因此A牌空壓機在使用時會,耗電量會比較少,不同廠牌空壓機,其效率也有相當大的差異,甚至差到10%以上,因此進行空壓機性能試驗是有必要的。

Reciprocating hermetic compressors have been known since the 19th century and, due to their simplicity and flexibility when working in a wide range of conditions, they are still used nowadays in industrial, refrigeration and air conditioning systems. Many air compressors may be running at efficiencies as low as 10 percent. Compressed air is one of the most expensive sources of energy in a plant. Improving air compressors efficiency can yield significant savings to your facility. The air compressor performances test laboratory was established. Three 10HP air compressors were tested. The air flow rate, volume efficiency, adiabatic thermal efficiency, and energy consumption ratio were compared under various exhaust pressures. The test results showed that the performance for brand A air compressor is best of the three compressors. The variation of efficiency is over 10%, so the test of air compressor is necessary for energy economic.
