由於現今醫療與科學的技術不斷的進步,人類的平均年齡有逐漸增高的趨勢。因此造成近年來老年人口比例不斷的上升,高齡化社會已逐漸成形,這也使得老年人照護的議題也越來越受到重視。然而從我們的觀察中發現到,大多數的高齡者發生之意外事件中,「跌倒」往往是發生頻率最高且最容易造成重大傷害的意外之一。因此,如何防止老人跌倒或降低因為跌倒所造成的損傷便成為一個相當值得重視的議題。 本論文針對上述老人跌倒可能造成重大傷害的議題,提出一個意外報知系統的架構實作,希望透過此系統能在老人可能發生跌倒的意外後,迅速並即時的通知相關人員協助處理,以便將老人跌倒時可能造成的傷害減到最低。本系統中主要是利用三軸加速度感測器與ZigBee無線模組,製作出能夠讓被照護者方便佩戴之跌倒警報偵測器。當感測器偵測到被照護者在活動時可能發生跌倒意外時,藉由ZigBee無線傳輸的方式將跌倒資訊傳送至遠端監控主機進行跌倒通報。並且利用嵌入式系統主機做為遠端監控主機,連結ZigBee無線模組與GPRS模組以及利用WiFi模組建立無線網路環境。其功能包含提供撥打求救電話、即時網頁檢視、發送電子郵件。期許在收到跌倒通報後能夠即時通知照護人員與家屬,快速的提供被照護者緊急的醫療與照護行為,避免因跌倒意外所可能造成的傷害加劇。
As a result of continuous advances in medical science, the proportion of the aged increase continuously and consequently the aging society had been took place gradually. Making the subject of caring for the elderly are more and more importance. "Falling accident" is the majority of senior citizens involved in the accident that took place. "Falling" often becomes the most common and most easily lead to injury of elder. How to prevent the falling accidents considerably merits our attention. To propose a system to inform accidents, this system may inform the relevant personnel after a falling accident, to give prompt and immediate help to minimize the harm. This falling detector use of three-axis acceleration sensor to detect falling accident, with the ZigBee wireless module, transmission of falling information will be sent to the remote monitor host, thus remove the wire between patients and monitor host. The use of embedded system in remote monitor host controls GPRS module and ZigBee modules, provides functions including the dial calls notification, generation of in time web page, send an e-mail. The system uses WiFi module to establish wireless Internet access. The system immediate notifying care personnel and family members to quickly provide emergency care could avoid increased harm result in falling accidents.
