當電力系統運轉時,存在許多暫態現象,而此暫態過程將可能導致系統出現過電壓的異常情形,其中開關突波屬於高頻過電壓現象,這些過電壓不但容易造成電力設備的絕緣破壞,也會影響系統運轉時的可靠度與穩定度。因此,本論文運用電磁暫態程式 (Electromagnetic Transients Program, EMTP) 完整建立電力開關場之相關模型,然而於161kV系統於電纜線不同長度且有無初始電壓下模擬並分析系統於操作過程中所可能產生之過電壓現象。
Transient phenomenon often occurs for power system operation. The transient process may lead to over-voltage on the power system. The switching transient is a high-frequency overvoltage. These over-voltages will not only damage the insulation of electrical equipment but also affect the reliability and stability of power system. In this thesis, the Electromagnetic Transients Program (EMTP) is used to build the 161 kV underground transmission system model to simulate the switching transient. The simulation assumption includes s different cable length and with/without residual voltage. The overvoltages for different conditions are investigated
