基於完全充電與放電方法檢測電池效能

摘要


電池是現代不可或缺的消耗品,各可攜式裝置皆須使用電池作為動力,電池將影響裝置壽命,監控電池便會是主要的保護動作。本創作利用HT66F50晶片及硬體電路來測量電池容量並搭配LCD顯示,可和市面上任何充電器作搭配且可使用所有種類電池,透過LCD顯示得知受測電池是否與產品規格標示吻合,進一步了解電池可用之電量損耗情形,充放電動作是否正常及是否符合電池續用效益。 本裝置測量方法為了確保準確性,利用比對ImaxB8+儀器進行同廠電池檢測,以A廠牌電池為例,其出廠容量為1500mAh,本裝置進行10次充放電循環檢測,充電平均量測結果為1484.1mAh,放電平均量測結果為1478.1mAh,ImaxB8+充電平均量測結果為1490.5mAh,放電平均量測結果為1487.8mAh,兩儀器對於各廠充電量量測結果之誤差值皆與1%以內,估測之精確度於可容許範圍以內,並於2小時內效率檢測完畢。

Nowadays the battery is essential consumables , all kinds of portable devices are required to use the battery as power , battery will affect device ,so the battery monitoring is foremost protection step . The creation use HT66F50 chip and hardware circuit to measure battery capacity and with LCD display , through the LCD display , people can easily know that the battery is consistent with the product specification label、power loss of the battery 、discharge action is normal or not normal and do or do not conform battery benefit to continue to use ,immediate monitoring of various types of rechargeable batteries for our life. To ensure/improve the accuracy of measurement, we test the batteries by comparing the data gained from our decive with which from ImaxB8+. Take brand A battery for exapmle, the capacity of it is 1500mAh when produced. We use our device to conduct ten times of charging/discharging cycle test. The average charging capacity is 1484.1mAh, and the average discharging capacity is 1478.1mAh. As for the test data gained from ImaxB8+, the average charging capacity is 1490.5mAh and the average discharging capacity is 1487.8mAh. Both the error of the data from our device and Imax8+ are estimated to be less than 1%. The precision of estimation is allowable. All the measurement is completed within 2 hours.
