液壓煞車裝置之研究

摘要


本文為新研發密閉型液壓式煞車裝置。液壓油的流量所形成之壓力在於導管內直接做煞車,相較於一般傳統開放型液壓式煞車裝置,其優點具有較小煞車截面積,當在煞車時所產生之煞車溫度不高且無火花、無損耗、無需調整煞車接觸之鬆緊度,不需經常做煞車安全之檢查,進而能夠具有防爆、環保又安全可靠之煞車裝置。 新研發密閉型液壓式煞車裝置,其架構上之導管線上裝置有電液比例控制閥,同時,控制器根據旋轉輪之運轉與否而決定輸出電流到比例閥使之開?,當要煞車時,控制器根據旋轉輪之停止運轉而輸出最大的電流值,此時的比例閥即可調整閥門大小來控制液壓油流量之壓力,並根據壓力感測器感測到壓力值來觀察管壁內的壓力值大小,確保管壁內的壓力值在安全範圍內,以避免導管管壁承受過大之壓力而損壞,同時,也藉以調整液壓油流量之壓力大小,可以做急煞或緩煞之煞車動作,根據以上之控制可獲得良好之煞車效果。

This paper is a research and development about close type hydraulic braking device. The flow of the hydraulic oil pressure of conduct is formed within the braking done directly His a kind of Intersection conventional open type hydraulic braking device. The advantage is it has a smaller close and sectional area of integrated brake.When the braking it is not in high temperature generated no spark,no powder ,no need to adjust the tightness of the brake contact surfaces.Often it does not need to prevent explosion.space environmentally protection reliability and safety of the braking device. Newly developed close type hydraulic device. The architecture of the catheter on the line,there are electro-hydraulic proportion valve mean while according to the controller’s operation or under rotating wheel and cut fixed or output current to the proportion valve make it open when you want to brake. The controller will stop the rotary wheel to the maximum current valve of the output and of the pressure sensor to the wall of the pressure sensed value to control the output current value of the magnitude or current conduction timing. At this point you can adjust the valve proportional valve to control the size of the pressure of the hydraulic oil flow to the wall to avoid the catheter to put too much pressure from damage. Furthermore, in order to adjust the pressure of the hydraulic oil flow. Can do evil agitated or slow the action. According to the above by the brake control get good results.
