保溫伸縮軟管鋁箔自動披覆機構之開發

摘要


伸縮軟管為一可撓曲、可伸縮的薄壁管狀元件,在工業上具有多種用途,如裝設在管路系統中,用來吸收管路的熱膨脹或壓縮機導致的震動等。傳統的製造方式需大量的人力,為使伸縮軟管的製造能更加迅速且節省人力,本研究擬設計並製造出一自動化之生產設備,以改善目前之製程缺失。 本研究使用系統化的設計方法,進行伸縮軟管自動披覆鋁箔的機構設計,以改善人力披覆鋁箔的方式。設計之初必須了解整個設計問題,列出待解決的重點,然後訂定設計目標;繼而針對該目標進行需求分析,深入了解機構必需具備的功能、性能、結構等。完成需求分析之後,再對整體機構系統實施功能分解,將整個機構的工作分解成多個子功能,然後進入構想設計階段,構想設計即針對各個子功能項進行構想產生、構想評估與決定工作,然後再針對各零件進行細部設計並試製雛型機構,以驗證其可行性。

Bellows is a kind of flexible, retractable tube used in pipeline system to absorb dimension change caused by thermal expansion, and the vibration caused by compressor. In tradition, the manufacturing process needs large hmuan power. In this research, an automation equipment is developed to improve the manufacturing process. Here, a systematic design method is applied to design a mechanism for the draping aluminum foil automatically. The mechanism for the forming process will be analyzed and different alternatives will be discussed and compared. The mechanism improves the present method which is done by human power. In the design process, the request was divided into several items. Firstly, the functions, properties, and structures were then determined to satisfy the objectives. Finally, the detailed design of each part was investigated and suggestions were brought out. The prototyping is then manufactured and assembled.
