摘要


本論文提出一以DSP為基底之新型升壓型直流轉交流變頻器來驅動永磁式同步馬達。此新型變頻器應用廣義零向量技巧,將傳統升壓型直流轉交流三相變頻器的兩級結合成單一級,並且利用120度導通模式,可直接測量馬達線圈之反電勢,以得到實際氣隙磁通的相位與大小。 利用編碼器訊號做為轉子位置之參考,與傳統向量控制作比較,不需透過複雜的靜止三軸與同步旋轉二軸間之座標轉換,由電動機定子線圈之反電勢與編碼器Z通道之相關位置,適當改變開關觸發訊號,以達到最大轉矩控制。最後,提出部分實驗結果與本論文所提出之理論相比較,以驗證其正確性。

In this thesis, a novel boost-type DC/AC inverter for PMSM (Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motors) drive is proposed. By generalized zero vector control, the proposed inverter has higher output voltage and single-stage control. Besides, Using control mode, back EMF of PMSM can be detected to obtain the phase and magnitude of air-gap flux. Without complicated transformation, the maximum torque control can be achieved by back EMF of PMSM and the signals of encoder. Finally, the proposed some experimental results are compared with the proposed theory for verification.
