新型鋰電池監控與管理系統

A Novel Monitor and Management System for Li-ion Battery

摘要


本文設計出一個鋰電池監控與管理系統,主要針對4串多並聯的電池組。本系統中可以管理電池平衡、監控電壓、電流及溫度、電池過充或過高電壓及過放或過低電壓保護、電池組殘電量的估算、隔離通訊的建立(RS485)、LCD顯示。本文電池電壓經由類比前端多公器輸出給MCU,再由MCU對電池組進行平衡,保護電路則是由過充保護、過放保護、預充保護所組成,當MCU判別負載在過充、過放電流及電壓中能及時保護電池,電池殘電量估算法則是利用分段線性插值法對電池評估當前容量,隔離通訊以RS485作連接,可以把偵測兩塊板子的通訊效果,溫度感測器則是偵測電池管理系統上的溫度,最後以客製化的LCD顯示電池電壓、溫度、殘電量。

This design of a lithium battery monitoring and management systems, mainly for the four multi-parallel battery strings. The system can manage cell balancing, monitoring voltage, current and temperature, or high voltage battery overcharge and over-discharge or build low-voltage protection, to estimate the residual capacity of the battery pack, isolated communication (RS485), LCD display. In paper, the battery voltage is output via the analog front-end and more a public service to the MCU, and then by the MCU on the battery pack to balance the protection circuit is from the overcharge protection, over-discharge protection, pre-charge protection composition, when the MCU determines the load in overcharge, over discharge current and voltage in a timely manner to protect the battery, the battery residual capacity estimation rule is to use the piecewise linear interpolation method to assess the current capacity of the battery, isolated RS485 communication to make connections, you can detect the communication effect two boards, the temperature sensor is is to detect the temperature of the battery management system, and finally to customized LCD display battery voltage, temperature, residual power.
