具視覺檢測之自動換料CNC加工系統開發

摘要


近年來產品的生命週期日漸縮短與消費者習性改變,客製化製造的需求也越來越高,而各國為了實現高靈活度的自動化產業,皆以工業4.0的方向前進,故本研究也朝此為目標,開發一套具視覺檢測之自動換料CNC加工系統,利用視覺系統檢測輸送帶上工件位置及工件尋邊,再以CNC控制器作為核心控制機械手臂、輸送帶、加工機台與周邊設備,並利用OpenCNC及SCADA軟體來達到即時監看、系統控制、緊急事件email通報系統及抓取即時參數進行相關數據分析,此外更引入RFID辨識系統進行操作人員分級管理,整體系統以機連機交握達到自動化視覺檢測、尋邊、加工及抓取即時加工數據,進而執行數據分析,來達成產業升級的第一步-多系統自動化整合及可遠端監控之功能。

Due to product life cycle reduction and the consumer buying behavior changing, the requirement of the customized manufacturing increase in recent year. Industry 4.0 proposed by German is a target that many countries to follow and improve by itself. In Taiwan, the upgrade of manufacturing industry is now the most important industrial strategy. Therefore, a solution of automatic loading and unloading CNC machining system via vision inspection has to been provided. In this thesis, CNC controller is the main controller to control to robot, conveyor, and other equipment in a production line. Moreover, machine vision systems are used to detect material position on the conveyor and the edge of material. At the same time, OpenCNC and SCADA software will be adopted to make real-time monitor, system control, and e-mail notify when alarm happened and get the parameters immediately. Besides, RFID has been added to employee classification and management. The machine handshaking has been successfully proposed to achieve automatic vision detect, edge tracing measurement, machining and system parameters collection for data analysis to accomplish industrial automation system integration with real-time monitor.
