寬頻網路戶外機箱漏電斷路器跳脫自動復電控制電路研製

摘要


摘 要 目前台灣所有網路服務業者(如 數位聯合、台灣碩網、速博網、台灣固網..等等)依然還是承租中華電信的網路再轉租給用戶,本文就以中華電信為例,說明HOST與用戶之間因長距離無法供裝網路或中長距離無法供裝高速網路,又為了提高用戶上網、傳輸的服務品質與滿足用戶高速上網的需求,故而許多用戶皆採用了RD的供裝方式,這也讓戶外機箱因而大量且迅速的增加。 台灣因氣候關係,三至九月雷雨頻繁,RD箱的漏電斷路器常因雷擊而跳脫 ,導致設備失聯,非但造成客戶的諸多不便,傳輸服務品質的降低,亦使得用 戶障礙申告量的大幅提昇,設備維護人員疲於奔命,因此擬研發漏電斷路器跳 脫的『自動復歸電路』,一者可讓失聯的設備迅速恢復,縮短用戶網路障礙時間,再者可節省許多時間、人力、物力。 本『自動復歸電路』是以8051微控器,透過Assembler程式語言加以控制 ,其主要功能有二,一為當漏電斷路器跳脫時,能在短時間內讓寬頻設備迅速 恢復供電,二為當設備漏電,或其他因素導致斷路器不停跳脫,控制電路不斷 啟動的情況下,能控制在連續三次的時間間隔均低於30秒時,讓電路進入閉鎖 狀態,以防止電路損壞及設備燒毀。 關鍵字: 自動復歸電路;8051微控器

Abstract At present Taiwan all networks serve the entrepreneur (for example Seednet, Sonet, Ssparq, the Taiwan fixed network And so on) still rents the Chinese telecommunication the network to sublet again for the user, this article take the Chinese telecommunication as an example, explains between HOST and the user the long distance is unable for to install the network or the long distance is unable for to install the high speed network, Also to enhance the user surfer, the transmission service quality with to meet the need which the user accesses the net high speed,Therefore many users all used Remote DSLAM for to install the way, This also lets the outdoors RD the box therefore massive and rapid increase. Taiwan because of the climate relations, is frequent March to September thunderstorm, Because the RD box's leakage circuit breaker is often struck by lightning, therefore the interrupt, causes the equipment to lose the association, not only creates the customer many inconveniences, transmission service quality reduction, also causes the user barrier enter charges against quantity the large promotion, The maintenance of equipment personnel bustle about, therefore, after only then wants the research and development leakage circuit breaker interrupt, may the self-recovery electric circuit, except may let lose the association the equipment to restore rapidly, reduces the user network barrier time, may also save many time、the manpower、the physical resource. The “ self-recovery control circuit “ is with 8051 microcontroller , controls by the assembler programming language, Its major function has two,one to work as when leakage circuit breaker down , can let the broadband devices in the short time be rapid resumes the power supply, two for, when devices leakage or other factors cause the circuit breaker incessant down, and the control circuit starts unceasingly in the situation can control lets the electric circuit enter the locking condition, when the continual three time interval of time is lower than 30 seconds , in order to prevent the electric circuit damage and the devices overburning.
