摘要 現今社會科技進步,導致汽機車數量逐年增長,相對的台灣每年汽機車之車禍事故也增加許多;因此,隨著車禍件數不斷地提高,每位用路人(包含汽機車駕駛人和行人)都更應該具備處理交通事故的基本常識,才不會在意外事故發生時,手忙腳亂、手足無措,甚至無法正確地處理車禍事故。本研究根據過往文獻與車禍事故案例來探究影響車禍調解之因素,並且透過問卷調查法,更深入瞭解當一般民眾面對車禍事故時,如何化解雙方衝突、如何處理事故、如何達成雙方和解,其亦為本研究欲探究之目的。本研究採用探索性因素分析,萃取出六個因素「互信」、「證據」、「同理心」、「社會支持」、「保險」及「誠意」,根據分析結果與過往車禍事故案例比對,本研究認為:一般民眾在面對車禍事故時,首要條件為雙方必須是「互相信任」的立場,才能完善的處理後續的和解問題。從研究結果推論:當處理車禍事故時,其因素可成為有依據的處理規範及優先順序,且可以免去不必要的程序。意外事故的發生是無法預期的,社會大眾也僅能在事故處理常識上,多增加知識以備不時之需,希望本研究對相關人員在車禍事故處理時有所貢獻。
Along with the growing amount of autos and motorcycles, the increase in car accidents becomes driver’s major concerns. The injury of accident is to both sides, for the person causing the injury and the injured party. Restated, how to face the accident when it happened is everyone duty no matter the driver, riders, or pedestrians. Everyone must have the basic knowledge to handle accidents properly or the injury will sustain for a long while. To help the solutions, this study organized the cases of car accidents, and analyzes the questionnaire items based on the cases. Finally, this study extracted six factors through exploratory factor analysis. This study also found that when the people faced an automobiles accident, the first priority business is creating the trust for each other.
