現今社會人口組成結構趨於老年化,家庭型態變遷及生活方式改變,使得人本醫療及遠距長照的需求日益增長。更多的老年人、慢性疾病患者、長期照護需求者及偏鄉地區居民,需要仰賴遠距醫療來提升生活品質。隨著科技發展及長照議題逐漸受到重視,國內外已有許多機構投入遠距醫療及照護的相關研究。包含各種生命體徵監測裝置、健康警示通報系統、電子病歷及藥物管理等,唯仍缺乏全面性的精準客製化生活服務系統整合規劃。 本研究整合各種遠距醫療照護服務,並擴充應用範疇至健康管理以至於生活服務。規劃全面性健康管理顧問,提供專業的遠距醫療照護,透過各種客製化服務提升使用者生活品質。兼顧使用者生理及心理健康,提倡環境衛生,並輔導社區參與及團體活動。亦推廣生前契約及自然葬服務,促進環境永續發展。針對每位使用者不同的需求做精準規劃,提供量身訂做的服務內容。建立互惠共享制度,以點數累積兌換規則實現價值交換之共享經濟模式。 雲端運算系統方面,從硬體設備架設,操作平台建置,到軟體及應用程式開發,規劃一系列完整運算服務。使用者透過各種資訊通信裝置搭配APP的使用,便可利用雲端資源隨時與遠端連線掌握健康狀況,並獲得專業人員的即時回饋與建議。另一方面,透過雲端儲存裝置將資料蒐集後做為基礎數據,供後續分析研究,以提高其他使用案例的服務品質。 於實證階段進行範例規劃,將本研究內容依步驟進行演練,評估演練結果及可行性,分析效益,最後得出結論。
Recently the composition of population tends to aging, family patterns and lifestyle changes, making the long-term medical demand increase. More elderly people, chronic disease patients, and residents in remote districts need to rely on telemedicine to improve their quality of life. With the development of science and technology, and long-term care issues have been valued, there are many institutions researching in tele-care related field. Including physiological monitoring devices, health warning notification system, electronic medical records and drug management. But still the lack of comprehensive and accurate customized life service system integration planning. This study integrates a range of telemedicine services and extends the applications to health management and life services. Planning a comprehensive health management consultancy to provide professional telemedicine services, through a variety of customized services to enhance the life quality of users. Care both the physical and mental health of users, including environmental hygiene, and society activities. Also promote natural burial for the sustainable development of the environment. According to each user’s different needs to do accurate planning, providing tailor-made services. Establish reciprocal sharing system, to achieve the value exchange and the sharing economy. For cloud computing, from the hardware infrastructure constructing, platform programming, to software and application developing, plan a whole system computing service. Via technical devices user can link to cloud resource and get the real-time health information, and have professional feedback and suggestion from specialist. On the other hand, cloud storage can collect data for future analysis, to increase the quality of service. In empirical research stage, proceed a virtual example drill exercise, to evaluate the feasibility and efficiency, then come to a conclusion.
