書審原型系統之設計與實作

摘要


每年各校申請入學作業都會耗費大量的審查資料的影印及紙張成本。教育部希望可以用較環保的方式來進行申請入學的資料審查作業,因此積極地推動線上電子資料審查作業,委託大學甄選入學委員會開發線上審查原型系統,提供各大學進行申請入學的資料審查作業。 這篇論文描述此線上審查原型系統的設計及實作。此系統達成下列的品質需求:利用完全虛擬化技術達成易移植性,以適應各校不同的電腦機型及作業系統。利用模組化及原型技術達成易維護性,以適應各校不同的資料審查作業模式,讓各大學能依實際作業上的需求來調整及擴充系統功能。利用最新的動態網頁設計技術達成易使用性,讓網頁程式在操作上更人性化及直覺化,能像一般電腦應用程式一樣方便操作,而且可以支援不同的瀏覽器。除了作業系統本身的防火牆外,也增加網路位址的限定,讓學校及學系可以限制進入系統的機器,來達成系統的高安全性。最後本論文也以壓力測試的結果來佐證本系統達成規格所需求的效能。

The college application and admission process incurs a huge amount of cost on the paper and the copy of application documents each year. In order to apply a more environmental way to perform the application and admission process, the Ministry of Education has actively promoted the online review of electronic application documents, and has delegated the College Admissions Committee to develop an online review prototype system to facilitate the use of online review of electronic application documents in the college application and admission process. This thesis describes the design and implementation of this online review prototype system. This system achieves the following quality requirements: It applies the full virtualization technology to achieve high portability. This allows the system to be easily ported on various machines and operating systems in colleges. It applies the modular and prototype technology to achieve high maintainability. This allows colleges to easily modify and extend the functionalities of the system according to their specific application document review processes. It applies the newest dynamic web programming technology to achieve high usability. This allows the web programs work as user-friendly and intuitively as the conventional application programs. This also allows good support for various browsers. In addition to firewall, the system also controls the access of the system by restricting the IP addresses to achieve high security. Finally, this thesis also uses the results of the stress test to demonstrate that the system achieves the performance requirement.
