近幾年來,許多女性領導人的出現帶動社會觀念的轉變。在台灣,女性創業者的比重有逐漸提高的趨勢,顯示愈來愈多的女性認同創業並且選擇以創業實現自我,在經濟體系的地位也逐漸受到重視與肯定。 本研究以近年來快速成長的女性創業家,以及自創品牌創業模式為基準,深入探討自創品牌之女性創業家,於創業時將面臨到何種困境以及面臨困境時的會以何種因應方式,加上最後的學習與成長,作為本論文的探討主軸。採用半結構式深度訪談形式,訪談五位受訪者,訪談大綱細分創業困境與因應三個階段,分別為創業準備期、產品研發期、產品上市後分別探討。依據研究分析結果加以歸納及說明,並提出研究分析後的結論與貢獻及對後續研究者研究方向之建議。
In Taiwan, recently, many woman leaders have showed up which made great change in modern society. Moreover, more and more women chose to set up a new business by themselves and realize self-fulfillment. Thus, they would be emphasized in economic and society than before. This research focus on the difficulties and the solutions during enterprising which faced by the women entrepreneurs who have their own-self brand. Except for the difficulties and the solutions, learning new lessons would be showed in the process of enterprising. Using semi-structured interview makes I deeply understand the answers of five different women entrepreneurs, and the agenda of interview divided into three sections to make the interview more structural and organized. Last, the research is organized the result, the description and given the contribution to later researchers.
