本論文主要在研究一個具有可調變光場形的雷射車燈光學模組,我們將設計一款車燈,此車燈不僅僅具有單一照明功能,藉由改變其照明光場形狀,使其具有遠光燈及近光燈功能。我們以藍色雷射二極體激發黃色螢光體產生白光的機制,作為車燈模組的發光來源,因為雷射具有較高的能量,可以降低光源的使用數目。接著透過ASAP光學模擬軟體,設計車燈模組內部的光學元件及光路架構,並模擬其光線追跡情形。在法規驗證的部份,我們針對歐洲法規ECE Regulation112 內所規範的項目進行分析,判斷是否滿足法規要求,若沒有達到法規標準時,我們將調整光學元件結構,使此款車燈能通過法規ECE Regulation112的各項規範。最後我們使用六個雷射光源建構出完整的車燈,搭配組合式反射鏡以及反射鏡上的微面鏡設計,讓車燈具有調變遠、近光燈功能,並且滿足法規規範。
This paper studies a optical module for laser headlamp with tunable light field. We will design a headlamp which not only has a single lighting function. The laser headlamp has high beam and low beam lighting function by changing the shape of light field. We use blue laser diodes to excitated yellow phosphor excitation and get white light. We use this way to apply in the headlamp module. Because laser has a high energy, the number of light sources can be reduced. Then we design optical elements and optical path architecture , and ray tracing simulation by ASAP optical simulation software. In the part of regulatory validation,we validate the project within the Economic Commission for Europe Regulation 112 to determine whether the results meet regulatory requirements. If the results did not meet the standard, we will adjust the structure of the optical elements to make the headlamp pass the specification of ECE Regulation 112.
