摘要 本研究旨在探討高雄市外勤消防人員工作壓力、職業倦怠與職場幸福感的關係,研究工具包含「工作壓力」、「職業倦怠」與「職場幸福感」之結構問卷,合計發出350份問卷,並以SPSS 27.0版統計套裝軟體,對所彙整而來之問卷進行資料的整理及分析,並歸納出本研究之結論。茲將所得成果分述如下: 一、外勤消防人員對工作壓力、職業倦怠與職場幸福感感受程度皆屬中上程度。 二、不同背景變項的外勤消防人員在工作壓力、職業倦怠與職場幸福感傾向之差異。 (一)不同「性別」在各變項均無顯著差異。 (二)不同「年齡」在職業倦怠及職場幸福感有顯著差異,在工作壓力則無顯著差異。 (三)不同「階級」在各變項均無顯著差異。 (四)不同「服務年資」在各變項均無顯著差異。 (五)不同「教育程度」在職業倦怠及職場幸福感無顯著差異,在工作壓力則有顯著差異。 (六)不同「婚姻狀況」在工作壓力無顯著差異,在職業倦怠及職場幸福感則有顯著差異。 三、外勤消防人員對工作壓力、職業倦怠與職場幸福感傾向具有顯著相關。 (一)外勤消防人員工作壓力與職業倦怠具有顯著正相關。 (二)外勤消防人員工作壓力與職場幸福感具有顯著負相關。 (三)外勤消防人員職業倦怠與職場幸福感具有顯著負相關。 四、職業倦怠對職場幸福感傾向具有顯著預測力。 五、職業倦怠對工作壓力與職場幸福感具有部分中介效果。 依據研究驗證外勤消防人員工作壓力、職業倦怠與職場幸福感的關係,並依研究結論提出消防機關及後續研究者實務及研究建議,以供未來研究及實務運用之參考。
ABSTRACT The purpose of this research is to investigate the relationships among job stress, job burnout, and workplace well-being of firefighters in Kaohsiung City. 350 questionnaires were distributed using the structured questionnaire of "job stress", "job burnout", and "workplace well-being". The results are summarized as follows. 1. The firefighters' perceptions of job stress, job burnout, and workplace well-being were all of medium to high level. 2. Differences in job stress, job burnout, and job well-being of firefighters with different background variables. (1) There was no significant difference between "gender" in each variable. (2) There were significant differences in job burnout and workplace well-being of different ages, but no significant differences in job stress. (3) There were no significant differences in job stress, job burnout, and workplace well-being of different ranks. (4) There was no significant difference of the variables of years of service. (5) There was no significant difference in job burnout and workplace well-being of different education levels, but there was a significant difference in job stress. (6) There was no significant difference between different marital status in terms of job stress, but there was significant difference in terms of job burnout and workplace well-being. 3. Firefighters had significant correlation among job stress, job burnout and workplace well-being. (1) There is a significant positive correlation between job stress and job burnout of firefighters. IV (2) Firefighters had a significant negative correlation between job stress and workplace well-being. (3) Job burnout and workplace well-being of firefighters were negatively correlated. 4. Job burnout has significant predictive power on workplace well-being. 5. Job burnout has a partial mediating effect on job stress and workplace well-being. Based on the research, the relationships among job stress, job burnout, and workplace well-being of firefighters was verified, and based on the findings and conclusions of the study, practical and follow-up research recommendations were proposed for the firefighting agencies and subsequent researchers to use for reference and practical application in future research.
